• Service Disclaimer: While ATS Auto strives to provide exceptional service, we cannot guarantee a 100% like-new condition for your vehicle. We make every effort to clean and restore to the best of our ability, but some factors, such as age, wear, and pre-existing damage, may affect the final outcome. 
• Liability: ATS Auto Detailing shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal items left inside the vehicle during the detailing process. Customers are advised to remove any valuables, including cash, electronics, and sentimental items, prior to the service. 
• Customer Cooperation: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and detailed information about their vehicle, including any specific concerns, pre-existing damage, or areas of focus. Failure to disclose such information may affect the detailing process and the final result. 
• Pricing and Payment: All prices for services rendered by ATS Auto Detailing are subject to change without prior notice. Payment for services is due upon completion, and we accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other agreed-upon payment methods. Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to late fees or collection efforts. 
• Appointment Changes and Cancellations: We understand that plans may change. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. 
• Satisfaction Guarantee: ATS Auto Detailing aims for customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of the detailing appointment, and we will make every effort to address your concerns and find a satisfactory resolution. 
• Limitation of Liability: ATS Auto Detailing and its employees shall not be held liable for any damages, including but not limited to incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or any issues related to the detailing process. 
• Legal Compliance: ATS Auto Detailing operates in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their vehicles meet all legal requirements, including insurance, registration, and inspection, prior to availing our services. 
• Modification of Terms: ATS Auto Detailing reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to review the most recent version of the terms and conditions before utilizing our services. 
• Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
